Treat your locs to the ultimate pampering with our Platinum Loc Experience (Palm Roll) at Let’s Keep U Kute. This comprehensive service includes a scalp analysis, clarifying shampoo, stimulating and moisturizing shampoo, sugar scalp scrub, scalp massage, bentonite clay mask, steam treatment, loc detox, palm roll retwist, and tension relief oil. We also finish the service with our signature LOC Method to keep your locs looking and feeling their best.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up, but to ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the quality of service, the following policies are in place: NO-SHOWS: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service for future bookings. LATE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will also forfeit the deposit and be charged 100% of the service fee. DEPOSITS: A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. LATE ARRIVALS: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, it will be at the stylist's discretion whether the appointment can still be honored, rescheduled, or canceled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies, which help us provide timely and efficient service to all clients. YOUR CARD WILL BE KEPT ON FILE IN CASE OF NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE; SAME DAY CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICE BALANCE CAN BE PAID THROUGH CARD ON FILE, ZELLE, CASH APP OR APPLE PAY There will be a $3 processing fee for all digital transactions ( Debit/Credit, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, ApplePay) Please bring EXACT amount when paying with cash. **Deposits Are Non-Refundable**
